This site is provided for general information about our consultancy and Cost Intelligence services. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or any system connected to it.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics and the THM name and mark, belongs to Teddy Henry Limited unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.

No warranty

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted, and it is provided without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teddy Henry Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

The client portal

THM Cost Intelligence is a separate platform with its own sign-in. Use of that platform is governed by the agreement in place between Teddy Henry Metrics and the licensing client, not by these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
